Questions
What sets Dioji apart from other pet boarding facilities?
Our cage-free environment with 24/7 on-site staff, bone-shaped swimming pools, and personalized care differentiate us. We offer three boarding options tailored to different temperaments and provide daily report cards with photos.
Do you accommodate dogs with special needs?
Yes, our Private Luxury Suite option works for dogs needing individual attention. Staff provides one-on-one playtime and can administer medications. Temperament evaluations help determine appropriate socialization levels for each pet.
How do you ensure pet safety during group play?
Dogs are grouped by size and play style with constant staff supervision. Our facilities feature slip-resistant surfaces and separate play yards. Temperament evaluations are required for group access to maintain safe social dynamics.
What vaccination records are required?
We require rabies, bordetella, and distemper (DHPP) vaccinations. Puppies need two rounds of shots including DHPP and bordetella, typically completed by four months of age.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Virtual tours are available online. For in-person visits, we recommend scheduling during regular business hours to see operations firsthand and meet our pet care specialists.

My dog still hasn't recovered from this place. He keeps sleeping like he went through war. He got bit on the cheek and his paws are burned from their turf. They keep the dogs outside way to long especially in the heat. It should be illegal how many dogs they accept at once. Way to many dogs. All the staff does is oversee the dogs walking back and forth. They don't engage nor show love or play with them.
Their quick to tell you all the negative things about your dog. I wanted him at a place without crates and didn't know they crated him alot. I don't recommend this place if your dog comes from a tentative loving family. Horrible!
