Established in 2003, The Bone Adventure has become the dog daycare, boarding, and grooming choice for thousands of Orange County families. We strive to make our environment safe, secure, and fun so that your dog can enjoy his time away from you, and you can ease your mind and make the most of your travel, career, hobbies, and friends.We have two Costa Mesa locations, Bone Home and Bone Backyard. Both locations offer indoor and outdoor grounds, complete with K9 Grass (custom grass for a dog environment), water features, customized sleeping arrangements, and enough dogs to keep your dog engaged, whether he is here just for the day, or boarding for a month!

The Bone Adventure opened it's doors in 2003. Now, with two Costa Mesa locations and over 60 employees, we are proud to be the dog care choice to thousands of individuals and families who have busy and demanding schedules but still want the companionship of a well-adjusted dog. Socialization and exercise are the primary factors contributing to a dog's well being, and we strive to provide this in a safe, clean, and fun environment. The company has had strong, but gradual growth, by design. The most important asset we have is our employees.

The company was founded by Diane Cuniff, who saw an opportunity in Orange County to be one of the first cage free dog daycares. After securing all the city permits, The Bone Adventure on Superior was built out with the needs of a discriminating clientele kept front and center. Because many potential clients had never used a dog daycare before, they didn't know what they didn't know!

Bone Home is our flagship location nestled in between two car washes in the ever changing industrial area of Costa Mesa/Newport Beach. Aptly named for its "home-like" environment, Bone Home provides the perfect combination of relaxation, exercise and love for your dog. Whether 6 months or 10 years old, there is a great deal of excitement when they see the driveway at The Bone Adventure.
