This is the most wonderful place! The people who give their time and energy to helping these animals are incredible! I recently went to adopt an animal from them and I was so impressed by how orderly and professional the front desk staff were as well as how clean the facility was! They were super kind and answered all my questions! They also have their own small shop at the front to buy supplies for your new companion, from food, to leashes/harnesses, and even toys. They are not expensive either. It was amazing seeing all of these animals go to loving homes and I'm grateful I was also a part of that experience. Adopt don't shop!

Two years ago we adopted our cat Monster. Not only has she been the best thing that has happened to us but whenever we've needed any of her original paperwork or anything the staff has been incredibly helpful. Also we adopted her in May of 2020 and even with Covid the adoption process was so easy and painless. I'm just horrible at remembering to write reviews.

A little disappointed. The staff is great! But where the disappointment comes into Play is when we wanted to hold a dog so my husband and son could come and meet the dog, they had me put a deposit on the dog. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. I left, drove home and went to puck up my son from school. Dog had issues with other dogs and we passed up on adopting him. All in all, they turned around and sent said dog away to be re-evaluated cause he had a very bad temper. Not our fault, but saw it first hand. Kind of scary. German Shepherd's are large. Not to be tangled with. Love the breed! Usually the best, but like I said Poor Guy had issues.

All staffs are friendly, professional and respectful. We are so happy to get the cute cat with high efficiency. Our daughter named her "Beauty" :- Beauty loves our house and is adapting well. The human society should take over the whole cat adoption business in Boise area. The unprofessional place should be shut down soon.
