Questions
What age does puppy training start?
Our puppy classes accept dogs starting at 9 weeks old up to 16 weeks for regular programs. Older puppies can join our Charm School for socialization catch-up.
Do you offer group classes or private training?
We provide both options. Group classes include Elements Obedience and Puppy Programs, while private sessions and Board & Train offer personalized attention.
How long does the board & train program last?
The standard program runs 2 weeks but may extend based on individual progress and specific behavioral goals requiring additional focus.
What vaccination requirements exist for classes?
Puppies need current DHPP vaccination records and negative fecal tests. Rabies vaccination becomes required for dogs over 5 months old.
Can you help with reactive dog behavior?
Our Arousal Management Program (AMP) and TNT: Transforming Troubled Tails specialize in working with reactive, fearful, or aggressive dogs using proven desensitization techniques.
Are makeup classes available?
Yes, our flexible scheduling allows attending different days and times. You can miss weeks without falling behind or attend more frequently to reinforce learning.

Charlie and Julie speak my dog's language - which is extra special, since she's a special needs kind of dog. She's got a great deal of fear aggression, which my husband and I didn't understand until Charlie came to the rescue. Now, we understand our dog's needs and can work to prevent negative interactions between her and other dogs. We humans were trained more than our dog, and that's been the most beneficial education!
Our dog Poppy refuses to go to any other doggie daycare, but she LOVES going to Unleashed. Everyone there, two-legged and four-legged alike, are respectful, kind and patient. We couldn't ask for anything more. This place is a gem!
