Dr. McClaine is one of the most caring, thorough, and kind doctors. We hold Cats Limited very close to our hearts and are grateful for them being so kind and caring to our fur babies. Would recommend to anyone!

I took my cat there and waited for more than 6 hours to get a $500+ bill and absolutely no help to my cat. All they did was put him on fluids and tell us he had a blockage. They're all about money and because of them and not taking action my cat has now passed away and we are thankful to the beaver brook veterinary hospital. Though they couldn't help us either they tried to and were completely honest to our options and were very kind.
This VCA veterinarian instead of helping were ignorant and racist towards my mother kept ignoring her as she tried to ask for help though her English is not the best it's understandable and they instead of helping just told us about extra and more charges and if we didn't have the money to call places to ask for money for my cat. My cats livers had been failing and they didn't recognize that.

I've brought my cats here since they opened when I first came to the area. You will not find a kinder staff anywhere, and the doctors are knowledgeable and stay on top of new developments in veterinary medicine. I'd give six stars if I could. Updated 2/14/2022: would still give six stars. They take great care of my cat. Updated 3/19/2022: my elderly cat, who had been dealing with multiple health issues since before I adopted him, recently passed away, and the staff here were absolutely focused on giving him the best quality of life they could for the time he had, and gave me support after he passed, going way above and beyond what I would expect any other vet to do.

I'm so happy that I trusted Cats Limited with my sweet kitty, Kismet, over the years. Every single doctor on staff is wonderful and I have complete confidence in this entire team. From the office staff to the doctors, everyone is pleasant, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Sadly, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let Kismet go peacefully yesterday, but I'll be forever grateful for the amazing care he received here, especially over the past year when his health started to truly decline. Special thanks to Dr Haining and Dr Lafer, who both took such great care of Kismet in his last months. I highly recommend Cats Limited!

My cat has had an eye issue for over a year now and we have been to three different veterinary offices. All 3 have done the same: prescribe antibiotics, prednisone, and an ointment. and my poor baby still had an eye issue. I decided to come to this cats only vet hoping they could finally help my baby. The vet diagnosed him with Entropion (his eyelid folds inward causing irritation). Finally! An actual diagnosis.
Now my little guy is off to an animal ophthalmologist for surgery. Thanks Cats Limited! The front office staff is also so so nice and helpful. They are quick to email & text back. I really like that. My only complaint is I dislike that curbside check in is still in place. I prefer to go in with my cat and talk to the vet. So hoping that changes eventually.

So I don't know about services wise but I am not a client here and when I called for an appointment for a stray I found they couldn't see her. However they text me a list of places that are taking new clients. I think this place has amazing service and very kind receptionist. I feel I would recommend this place if you can get in with them
