Our dogs went in healthy, And came out with kennel cough. One dog had been bitten on the snout his nose is all swollen and scabbed up. We were not informed of any of this. Disappointed. Will not be coming back.

My dog stayed for four nights and he seemed to really enjoy it. He was groomed on his last day and he looked great upon pickup.

I had high hopes when I dropped my beloved 1 year old Bernese Mtn dog off here but unfortunately things did not go well. I called multiple times to see how she was doing and was told everything was fine. When I picked up my girl she gagged up spit in their lobby which turned out to be kennel cough. I get things happen but I should have been notified so I could start the meds sooner. The folks that work there seem great but very disappointed that I was not told about this sooner by management. Hoping she recovers soon as I dropped off a very happy dog and now have a depressed sick dog.

I picked our dog up today and the place is nice and clean. It didn't smell like there was a lot of dogs there. We will certainly be boarding our dog here again!

Took our 14 yr old dog there(1st time ever). Royal Acres is a little out of the way place, but our dog was well taken care of. We WILL use them again!

Great place to board your pups. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They listen. My dogs always leave there with a huge smile and tails wagging.
