Customer Service is almost a thing of the past, but NOT with these folks. They have quality merchandise and if you ever have questions or problems they are quick to resolve any issue. Even if it's just to add on to an order. Very good company to rely on and work with.

I usually just order online, but I called the company because I needed a Jafco for a smaller GSD that I had just adopted, and I wasn't quite sure about the size, plus I needed it overnighted. I spoke with Anissa, who was VERY helpful! They had the size I needed in stock (which most sites carrying Jafco's did not), and they overnighted it to me with NO problem. Great customer service, and had exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Animal Care Equipment & Services.
