In order to start the daycare or boarding process, we will need to conduct a temperament test. We conduct these tests any day of the week at either 8:30 AM or 12:30 PM. The test takes at LEAST 4 hours but we recommend as long as possible to see how your dog settles in. If there is any aggressive behavior demonstrated we ask that you come pick up your dog immediately for the safety of the other dogs and Kennel Technicians. All dogs must also be current on the following vaccinations; Bordetella, DHLP-PV, and Rabies.
Grooming
Report
If it is going to be painful for the pet, we do not do it. Occasionally, we can set aside time to work on certain hair types but for the most part, prevention is key. If your pet arrives with matted hair that will take extra time to SAFELY brush out - you will be charged at the groomer's discretion.
