I can't say enough about New Beginnings! Jana helped me adopt my best friend, Bear and was very pleasant to work with! She still keeps in touch and loves our updates! I can tell the shelter is experienced, compassionate and dedicated by my experience. Thank you for all that you do! It's been 3 years and I still recommend them to everyone I know! They also have transportation available, Bear was shipped across the country to me in 3 days! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Jana is awesome. She kept our German Shepard some time ago. I would recommend her to anyone. Your pet won't get better care anywhere else. She's top notch!

Hat's off to their tireless service to these precious animals. Have never been there. Seem to be lacking in response to email.

The owner took care of my dog very well. Was very friendly. I lost my wallet so, she still let me get my dog and paid for her care when I got home. She was very understanding. I will be returning!

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness We normally bring our dog here because she knows the area, but this business has the WORST customer service. I had my dog scheduled to drop off while we go on vacation and sat and waited for over 30 minutes, calling and texting with absolutely no respond. Not very professional at all.

We adopted our Blue heeler mix from NewBark. Love the people and such an amazing organization. All's trying to re-home animals so they don't get put down. They are always at PetSmart every Saturday.

New Bark is an awesome place to bring your animals just south of town. Our dogs love it! There's a great chance you will be greeted by a goat named Lucy! All kinds of animals out there!
