The doctors are very knowledgeable and courteous as long as you have a regular problem and have an appointment. I have 4 dogs that have been seen for many years there. My Boston terrier hurt her leg and was crying out and DURING business hours I was told that if I brought her in, I would be charged an emergency bill because she didn't have an appointment! Well I didn't foresee ahead of time that she would get hurt and cry out. As much as I have been in there and spent lots of money in the past, even recently, I am highly upset that when I needed them the most, they were not there for my fur baby!

All Great doctors. They have everything in house so they don't refer you to another vet. Also emergency call outs for existing patients (have personally used that twice)

My cat Simmie was so sick, I really thought I was bringing him in to be put to sleep. The Doctor at Ridgefield was wonderful. He took such good care of Simmie. Each day Simmie is improving, he back on his feet. Thank you Ridgefield.
