Puppies
Our Puppies service invites customers to our Nashua store where they can personally select a puppy from our current inventory. If a desired breed is not on site, we can obtain it within two business days through our reliable suppliers. This approach guarantees clients receive a healthy, wellmatched puppy while supporting our commitment to transparent, customerfocused service.
Kittens
Our Kittens service accepts unwanted kittens from owners who can no longer care for them. We then work to place each kitten into a loving, happy home without requiring any donation or fee. This ensures responsible rehoming, gives kittens a safe future, and provides peace of mind to the original caregiver.
Fish
Our Fish service offers a wide selection of freshwater and marine fish for aquarium enthusiasts. Every Sunday we run a buyonegetonefree promotion on select fish, subject to stated restrictions. This provides customers with affordable access to healthy fish while encouraging responsible stocking of home aquariums.
Small Animals
Our Small Animals service provides a variety of companion pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and similar species. If a specific small animal is not in stock, we can obtain it within two business days through our trusted suppliers. This ensures customers receive healthy, wellsocialized pets while enjoying the convenience of quick, reliable sourcing.
Grooming Services
Our Grooming Services include nail trimming for rabbits, guinea pigs, cats, ferrets, rats, and small dogs. We also provide wing and beak trims for birds of all sizes; while no appointment is needed, calling ahead ensures staff availability. Performed by experienced staff, these trims promote pet health, comfort, and a wellgroomed appearance.

Came to visit New Hampshire with my boyfriend for the weekend and we decided to stop in to buy some fish. Not even a hello or welcome. The first thing that came out of the lady's mouth was "you need a mask". I politely replied "no problem I have one!" Which I did and had no problem putting it on. As I proceeded to put it on this lady literally told me that I should have put it on outside so I didn't have to come in and breathe out my air in there! Said it extremely rudely.
Wonderful first welcome to New Hampshire! Never will I step foot in there again. Extremely rude. Your better off going down the road to Fish Bowl. Thats where we went after. Muchhh nicer people. Didnt mind wearing my mask. I was treated with respect and a warm welcome. If you want QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, go there instead please. PS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR DOG HERE. I WOULD BE VERY CAUTIOUS! If she treats humans that way, I would not trust her with my dog.

This place is amazing! The dogs are allowed to come out of their cages, and they let the humans hold them! The prices are a bit high, but puppies are usually over the roof of expensive. The staff are amazing, and bend backwards for their customers to have a good time! I highly recommend bringing children here to see the puppies, and adopting from this place. The staff are educated and share information on the animals and knowledge. I'd rate 100 stars if I could.

I loved this store until today. A worker was very rude to me. She thought I was going to touch another puppy before using hand sanitizer. But I dont need a lesson on germs. This was said by the same person pulling up her mask as we were walking in. She was just rude.

Bought a heathy and super energetic puppie/bichon almost a month ago. And I'm in love. Great pet store the owners are great and the animals are well taken care of. If your looking for a puppy or pet give them a visit. I'm very satisfied, price was right, great customer service. Not a puppy mill!

Got him September of 2020, he is the best dog and super intelligent. Was a little costly but understood as it was hard to get puppies during the pandemic. Couldn't love this little boy more. Staff even called multiple time after I picked him up to make sure he was adapting well. Would definitely get another puppy here!

After applying for a puppy at so many local shelters we couldn't get one because we were first time dog owners and we ended up getting out Bichon puppy from them and we believe that was the best decision we made. He has been the best thing that happened to us during the pandemic and he has been a great puppy with very good temperament, gentle natured and we are very happy to have him as part of our family. Our dog is a year old now and so far he is doing great.
