Our comprehensive wellness exams include vital sign checks, physical examinations, and body condition assessments. We administer required vaccinations like rabies and distemper while offering optional protections against bordetella and leptospirosis. Annual check-ups help detect early signs of health issues, ensuring timely intervention and maintaining your pet's long-term health.
Surgical Services
We perform spaying, neutering, and soft tissue surgeries including tumor removal and gastrointestinal procedures. Our surgical capabilities extend to emergency trauma care, c-sections, and ophthalmic eyelid corrections. All procedures follow strict protocols with pre-operative diagnostics and post-operative pain management to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Grooming
Professional grooming includes bathing with pet-safe shampoos, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding treatments. Our groomer provides health assessments during sessions, alerting veterinarians to any concerns. Regular grooming prevents matting, maintains skin health, and helps identify potential medical issues early.
Boarding
Our boarding facility offers secure kennels with daily supervision by veterinary staff. We accommodate pets requiring medication administration and special care. Boarding includes vaccination verification, ensuring a safe environment for all animals. Clients benefit from immediate access to veterinary care if emergencies arise during their pet's stay.

Decent place to take your pet. Weird energy. My dog felt very shy and uncomfortable. A bit uncomfortable not very informative. Took care of my dog though.

My elderly mom's dogs have gone to them for years. The last couple of times the dogs were a little "past due" for their haircut and the staff welcomed them and did a great job, thanks!

I took my boyfriend's dog in for a follow up to get a drain removed. They have me pull up to the sidewalk, come to the car to get him, then tell me they will call me when he's done. I go down the rd to fill my car up while I wait. I see I have a missed call and Dr. Spearman has left me harshly toned message saying they brought Winston back out and I was gone "so we need you to come back and get him please!". 1) I was told they would call me when he was done not that he'd be back out in 5 mins. 2) I was gone for a total of 10 mins. 3) there is absolutely no reason for the doctor to be rude.
This is my first experience with this vet and it will certainly be my last. I just moved from West Knox to Halls. I'll continue to take my cat to Northshore Animal Hospital where I know my cat is taken care of by professional and caring staff. I have them 2 stars instead of 1 because the stitches are adequate.
