Questions
What vaccinations are required for pet services?
All pets need rabies, distemper combo, influenza, and Bordetella vaccinations. Bordetella requires renewal every 6 months to maintain safety standards for all guests.
What are your operating hours for drop-off and pick-up?
We accept pets Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-6:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Reservations are required for all services to ensure proper staffing.
Can multiple pets from the same family stay together?
Yes, we welcome pet siblings to lodge together. Please request this when making reservations to ensure appropriate accommodations for all animals in your family.
Do you offer medication administration for pets?
We provide oral and topical medication administration for a small fee. Special TLC packages for senior pets include unlimited medication administration with clear documentation for owners.
Can I add grooming services to boarding reservations?

LOVE THEM! :) Our dog, Jamey, is a rescue. We don't know much about her life before but it wasn't that great and she is timid, until she gets to know you. Ruff House goes above and beyond to make sure she feels loved and safe, can't explain how grateful we are for everyone at Ruff House! Keeps our heart at ease when we travel, we know our doggy, Jamey, is safe! :) See picture of our daughter with Jamey! Can't go wrong with Ruff House! :)

Susan and crew run an amazing place here! We travel quite a bit and this is the place my pupper is most comfortable at. They provide bath and blow dry before you pick your pets up.
