Placed my online order for a Dokken Red Head training duck and two dog beds on Sunday and they arrived today (Wednesday). Free shipping was a bonus as well. I didn't actually talk to anyone but the online order process was fairly simple. Everything looks good and my Labrador (Bosch) is walking around with the duck in his mouth and he loves it.
