Our dog had a 9 am appointment. They locked her in a cage for 5 hours because they were busy. Are you kidding me. Disgraceful and dangerous for the animals.

The staff were professional and friendly. Taylor was able to work with my dog who has had limited exposure to groomers, and won him over! He looked amazing afterwards. I will definitely be returning to Waggy Tails!

We brought our 20lb goldendoodle in for some grooming while visiting some family. They charged $120 for the visit. He wasn't matted, or incredibly tangled or even especially dirty considering he had been bathed a few days before we were in town. We've been consistently charged $50-70 everywhere else he's been taken. Make sure they give you a price before you leave your dog or you'll just be told that wherever you've taken them before is "undercharging" you. This will be the last time we take either of our dogs to Waggy Tails.

Just picked up my double doodle from this place. I was so sad of how her grooming turned out I just wanted to leave the place. They POODLED her even I specifically told the groomer not to do that! Her fringy, 80s look is now replaced with a poodle dome. I asked that they leave her fur fluffy and long still. They cut her super short and they shaved the base of her tail which was not a request and her belly is shaved so close to the skin. We've been growing her fur out since July and now we're back to step 1. Also, she was checked in a little after 9 am and we didn't get her back until almost 3 pm.
I don't know what happened in there but my pup came back super thirsty! The stars are for the warm welcome by the 2 receptionists and the doggie bag treat they gave but I'm definitely not bringing her back here.

I've been hesitant to write a review because I really don't like giving poor reviews to locally owned businesses. I'd taken my pup once prior to get a wash and summer cut, and had an amazing experience. So, naturally I brought our babe back a few months later. The cut looked great, and was very happy with the results, but started noticing weird rough patches develope under my pups coat.
A couple of months later she had strange clumps of scabs/residue all over and clinging to her coat. She started losing her fur in clumps. I purchased a few medicated shampoos and sprays that seem to help out a lot. I never officially found out what the cause was, but - considering our pup is indoor and pad changed with no changes to diet- whatever happened was triggered by her grooming session.
