We have been taking Russell & Abigail to Caroline's for almost 7 years. Yes, it changed ownership and hours, but our two just need the mention of going to play-day and their tails are wagging. Mistreated animals would not respond in that manner. Every employee has been kind and considerate to us. It is unfortunate former employees choose to vent their frustrations here. We highly recommend this facility, have always found the staff accommodating, even when our older dogs had special needs.

I took this job because I thought it would be a great job taking care of all the fur babies. I needed something positive and busy being my dad passed not long ago. I enjoyed helping with these babies but working with the people that work there was the hardest part. I have worked many jobs over the years but this one was the most Unfriendly. I saw enough that week I was there and personally I don't recommend.

I wasn't going to write a review, until I saw everyone else's one star reviews. And I related with everything they were saying. I was looking for a second job and came in because I love animals. They were having a "training day" staff was extremely rude to me and used me for free labor. And talked about about me in another room while I could hear. The worst part is how they treat the animals. I don't know how they find these photos that they post.
But the animals here are not happy. They are locked up in cages all day long with no grass. When they are transporting certain dogs they open gates shut them in their face and knee them in the ribs to get them where they want them to go. they drag dogs by their collars to get them where they want them to go and call them horrible names and say that they're going to beat their @$$. I can't make this stuff up.
Please find a better place to take your pets. and I know the owner response to all of these acting like we are all upset that we didn't get a job. But we're upset with how the animals are being treated. And how fake you guys are on the outside.
