Absolutely Perfect! We had 14 puppies that needed to get vaccinated and checked. They did an excellent job with 14 owners parked outside with family and kids waiting for their new family member. They were honest and didn't push any extra cost on us or the new owners. We were given individual papers and they put forth the extra help to make this appointment go smoothly.

We just got a new puppy and I was pretty lost as to what to do. I am so thankful for the entire team at St. Charles Animal Hospital. They are friendly and patient with all my questions. My fur baby is getting the best treatment here.

They took a chance on an in pain rottweiler. He gave them his fierce hands off attitude and they still got the job of treating him done. Need more vet techs and doctors like St. Charles Animal Hospital to take the chance with every type of dog so they receive the treatment they need.

We traveled from PA down to Florida for vacation with our dogs and after arriving our dog got really sick and went into shock. We immediately rushed our dog to the hospital and they immediately took her in. Our Sally girl needed emergency surgery and they went into immediate action and gave Sally the best care and treated her with love. The doctors and staff were all just amazing and were always here when we needed them.
The one lady at front desk (didn't get her name) but when I started to cry she spent the time to just talk to me and told me they were her for us and we could call at any time. That's what you call a person with a huge heart and loves her job. There is just not enough thank you's to the staff for everything they did to give sally the love and treatment our old girl needs. She is back home now in Pa and resting. I highly recommend this hospital!
