I placed an order online over the holiday weekend. Not only was it processed quickly and delivered ahead of schedule, but I also got an added bonus. They were apparently out of the size of fish food I ordered so rather than delay my order they gave me the next larger size up along with a personal note explaining the situation. This was the first time I had ordered from them, but it will not be the last! I love the fact that they took care of it without me even having to ask. They obviously know customer service and value their customers.

I have used them for years always healthy stock. Have tried several fish foods but consistently the lines they handle are much more successfully accepted by my fish.

We called to inquire on weed prevention. My husband was asking general questions and was met with a rude demeanor by the employee on the phone. He was condescending and certainly not attempting to help or secure business. Granted we may not have had all the details regarding our questions, but we certainly aren't the experts; hence a phone call to them. My husband just hung up. Very disappointed

They sell plants and fish and pond stuff. And are very good at helping you. Not really much to say beyond that, it's pretty cut and dry with them. Their prices are reasonable, and again, they're helpful.

Keystone Hatcheries is the best! I just started managing a pond with little to no information on how to stock and maintain the fishery. The folks over at Keystone have always had the time to give me the answers I was looking for, and the pond is doing fantastic. I couldn't be happier. Customer service like that just doesn't exist anymore. They'll have my business as long as I own the property.

I've gone to Keystone on several occasions. They have a great selection of aquatic plants but the it's their expertise with all things ponds that keeps me coming back. The owner is a biologist and really knows his stuff. They raise fish for pond stockings so, you know, they kind of have to know their stuff where ponds and aeration systems are concerned. And they're a family run small business. I like the personal attention but it also means sometimes you have to be patient since they have a small staff.
