Through the previous 4 decades, The Ocoee Animal Hospital has grown from a small country clinic into a spacious multi-doctor practice. Our drive for compassionate care, cutting edge medicine and sound surgical procedures keep us moving forward in an ever changing field. We have embraced changes in technology, staffing, business management, economy and urban development as well as veterinary medicine. Currently we staff over 30 employees, including 3 full-time veterinarians, 1 part-time veterinarian as well as a couple of relief veterinarians.

Ocoee Animal Hospital offers preventive care and services for kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. The entire team at Ocoee Animal Hospital in Blue Ridge, GA recommends that your pet receive a complete wellness examination at least once a year, but more frequent exams are encouraged. During wellness exams, we perform a complete physical and recommend a heartworm test, fecal flotation test for intestinal parasites, and red blood tests that can indicate the presence underlying diseases.To keep your pet parasite free, we also recommend preventive medication for heartworms, fleas and ticks.

At Ocoee Animal Hospital, our goal is to keep your pet happy and healthy. We're able to do that for sick and injured animals largely thanks to modern diagnostics. Digital radiography and ultrasound as well as telemedicine capabilities all contribute to this goal. Diagnostic imaging can be an alternative to exploratory surgery.
