Dr. Wilder is great, caring and informative - never rushes you through problems and is always prompt in reaching out to inform you of findings and options for treatment for your pets. Quick with referrals! The front desk staff is very nice and helpful as well. We have always been able to get urgent appointments or could drop off for a work in when needed which gives us a great peace of mind. The only negative is the phone system does not have multiple lines, so if the line is busy when you call, you just have to call back later or keep trying versus being in a queue. We have also seen Dr. Stuber who was great, too!

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought in my dog about a month ago to check her because she had a large lump that turned out to be a mammary tumor. Doctor had no sympathy whatsoever all he cared about was getting that check. He told us she needed to get it removed, he not once spoke to me about the risks of doing the surgery on my dog especially since she was elderly (13). After the surgery he did not even inform us of anything.
They just brought her to us and that was it. Today my dog passed away a month after her surgery if I would of had knowledge of the risks on her I would had never went through with the surgery which costed $630 only for my dog to live one month. I also called about seeing how much it would be to put her down today to which they said it was be $100 something to CHECK her first and then still the costs of putting her down. This clinic only cares about money and they lack informing individuals everything they should know, do not come here.

Absolutely amazing vet, my dog has issues with the vet and usually creates a fuss but the people here are magic! The wonderful woman who brought my dog in was amazing with him he didn't fuss at all about going with her and the vet himself got my dog to let him clean his ear and he doesn't let me do that! I will absolutely be going back for the entirety of my stay in NC

Visited for the first time today with our two kittens (Gracie & Levi) and they exceeded my expectations. My first impression was that the building was clean and well decorated with comfortable and spacious seating. The staff at the front desk as well as the vet tech that took us back were very quick and friendly. The veterinarian was amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address them in a very kind manner, working with me without talking over me.
That's something I really appreciate when it comes to customer service. I did not feel rushed, either. The prices are extremely fair and I don't mind paying them for their outstanding service. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Very Helpful Friendly Staff. Actually Came to my Vehicle to give my Baby Alex her Rabies Shot. She was Definitely More Comfortable In My Truck, Than Going Inside ( too many other dogs and animals lol). They had me pull around to the side and within 5 minutes I was heading home! Thank You All!
