The Hoffman Haus Pet Resort has been dedicated to caring for Pitt County's pets for over 30 years. Over that time, we have proudly set the standard for excellence in the pet care industry. We are located on a beautiful 10 acre property in a serene country setting with a friendly, family atmosphere. We understand that your pets are part of your family and we strive to make them a part of ours while they're in our care. The Hoffman Haus Pet Resort was founded back in 1988. Our name is derived from the founder's long-standing dog heritage. Historically, when the family bred their dogs, they would place "von der Hoffman Haus" at the end of the registered names on the dog's pedigree. In German, this loosely translates to "of the Hoffman House".

To further illustrate our commitment to excellence, we are accredited by the IBPSA (International Boarding & Pet Services Association), which requires participating facilities to demonstrate their adherence to a comprehensive set of operational standards. These standards include detailed requirements that were developed by the IBPSA over many years.
Dog Boarding

At Hoffman Haus Pet Resort, our boarding facility was purposely built with the safety, comfort and security of your pet in mind. Each dog has their own indoor/outdoor suite, which has a spacious covered outdoor patio area. We have numerous, spacious play yards and activity fields which are all double fenced.
Cat Boarding
Report
Our cat boarding is all inclusive and includes playtime for your cat to enjoy time outside of its condo every day during their visit with us. They individually explore our cattery and enjoy cat trees, scratching posts, and toys. Our trained technicians are present for love, play and attention during this time (approx 30 mins).
