Questions
What vaccinations are required for pet services?
Dogs need rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines. Cats require rabies and FVRCP. Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention is mandatory for dogs.
What are your operating hours?
Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm, Saturday: 9am-5pm, Sunday: 9am-12pm. Reservations are required for most services.
Do you offer cat boarding services?
Yes, we provide climate-controlled cat condos with daily wellness checks, personalized feeding, and enrichment activities in a quiet, dog-free environment.
Can pets receive grooming during boarding?
Yes, we offer full-service grooming including baths, haircuts, nail trims, and specialty treatments during boarding or daycare visits with advance notice.
Are unaltered pets accepted?
Yes, intact pets are welcome but receive individual play sessions instead of group activities. Females in heat cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.

Great prices for day care. We drop out very hyper dog off mostly when we both are out of the house all day, if we're trying to deep clean around the house, or if it's a rainy day and we don't want our dog to get muddy I do wish they had webcams streaming on their website in the indoor and outdoor common spaces like other daycares do so we could spy on our fur baby lol.

Took my healthy, athletic and FULLY VACCINATED Chocolate Lab in for boarding. We picked him up two days later and he has Kennel Cough. Trip to the vet plus boarding expenses make for a rather expensive experience. Kennel Cough is caused by bacteria. I suspect that the facility is not cleaned as diligently as it should. I will not be back. **The response: While nothing in your response is untrue, your business now has two reviews inside a month where healthy animals were sick after visiting your facility. Thanks for the science lesson , but explaining that "it's always a possibility" that my animal could get sick does little to rebuild trust in your organization.

I left my 2 years old for 5 days since we're going on vacation. When I pick her up she lost some weight and have cough like hacking. I called my Vet and gave her antibiotic to treat her. I don't know what happened but definitely will not take her back if we go on vacation again. I'll look for another place.
