Prices are great for the most part. Some of the workers are awesome and very pleasant! Others act like the would rather be somewhere else and doesn't make for a great experience. But overall a very nice place. Shopped here for many years. Wish they would back the rewards program.

Love, love, love this store. We come from Alden N.Y. and it was well worth the ride. Friendly people, great service. The place is huge and has everything for all your pet needs. We will be back.

Recommended to all. Between the personality of the staff, the reputation of the products they sell, and the unbelievably reasonable prices this is a place worth visiting. Had a fantastic experience from an out-of-town point of view will definitely be stopping here again. Are you looking and needing your pet supplies? If so, go in and check them out. Great prices and friendly and helpful staff. Looking for unique pet gifts then you will be surprised at the variety. And if you don't find your needs just ask. So, need a fish or snake or something you must have then go on in browse and you will find their prices are better if not the same and you will be shopping locally!
