Our goal at The Palms is to provide an environment that nurtures both the emotional and physical needs of our guests. We specifically designed our pet boarding facility with this goal in mind; from the 8 separate air conditioning systems with 100% fresh air returns, to the double fenced yards with 8 ft.

The Palms Pet Resort & Spa's story began when Dr. James Peterson found himself wanting a place where he could board his own pets. In spite of the fact that he provided boarding at his veterinary hospital, he wanted to provide a place where pets would feel more at home. In 2006 he opened the Palms Pet Resort & Spa.

The Palms Pet Resort & Spa offers premium care and services for dogs and cats in a safe, clean, and healthy facility. Our eight HVAC units provide consistent climate control in all areas with frequent outside air recirculation. All team members are certified pet care technicians and The Palms is directed by Dr. James R. Peterson, owner of The Palms and Hill Country Animal Hospital.

The Palms Salon features three bathing areas with separate drying and styling rooms. Our caring, certified staff uses professional, quality equipment to ensure your satisfaction and your pet's safety and comfort. Our stylists have experience with a wide variety of dog breeds and will consult with you to provide the look you want.
