We are Betty and John, lifelong residents of Gatesville, Texas, who dedicated thirty years to breeding healthy, beautiful Frenchies from 1994 to 2024. I don't know what was the lady's problem but she was such a rude person and made my dog look like it had been clipped by a pair of garden sheers.just the worst

I travel around Texas a lot with my dog so I am always looking to find a good, quick place to get a grooming for him. I should have noticed the red flags when I first called, the lady on the phone (Betty I am assuming) was very harsh and rude to me for wanted a last minute appointment. Eventually she said I could take my dog in. Upon arriving I was somewhat shocked walking through a messy yard coverd in dog poop and was greeted with a nasty "who are you" and a frown.
It took over 4 hours for her to groom my dog and when I finally came to pick him up she told me how "he is such a bad dog." I was astounded and even more when she asked for a tip after that comment. Out of all the places I have taken my boy this has been by far the worst experience.
