All Creatures Pet Care Center has been a part of the Porterville community in one form or another since 1964. At that time, it was a mixed animal practice (companion animals as well as livestock). In 1975 Dr. Richard Merrill purchased the small animal portion of the practice and Westwood Veterinary Hospital was born.

For the protection of all of our guests, current vaccinations are required. All vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinary facility and must be documented. If this is not available, the pet will be vaccinated at time of admittance, at the owner's expense. Any pet having fleas, ticks or other external parasites will be treated at the owner's expense.
