I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. Everyone from the front office staff to the doctors are really nice and best part no wait at time at all. Dr. Neeman is wonderful with my toy Poodle and Maltipoo puppies and he really cares. He is kind and patient to answer all my ignorant questions. I am so glad to have found them!

Such amazing staff and wonderful service. My Cat had a few bladder problems and they helped me through everything my Cat needed to get better. Also a blessing happened today. They helped me out tremendously with the cost of everything being done! Kept in contact each day with my cat staying overnight. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED over any other place in the area! Thank you so much.

We've been going to Kindness Small Animal Hospital for almost 10 years now and we will continue to go to Kindness as long as we can! I am always impressed with the care that Kindness provides. All staff are very friendly, sweet, and genuine, but there's one very special vet technician that our golden retriever Kershaw absolutely loves (I forgot his name, but I am always so happy / relieved when he's available to take Kershaw back!
Thank you). I also cannot thank Dr. B enough for his knowledge, calm demeanor, professionalism, and kindness. I am very happy and thankful I found such amazing & reliable vet. I rarely write reviews online, but I wanted to share my experience as a regular customer and give a shout out & thanks to them for taking care of my sweet dogs, Tory and Kershaw

I can't comment on the vet side of Kindness Small Animal Hospital because I only brought my dog in to be groomed. I specifically asked multiple times for them not to trim his body, at all. I mentioned when I spoke to the woman over the phone (who was super nice. everyone was so nice) that I only wanted his face and feet trimmed. I brush him out every day, he did not need his body trimmed at all. I also restated that when I dropped him off.
I did NOT want his body trimmed. Just feet and face. When I picked him up I was shocked lol they cut his entire head and body. I mean, he looks super cute (honestly it's impossible for him not to look adorable) and smells great but omg the lack of communication. The woman at the front was even like, "Oh is it too short?" when I gasped. Not only did they cut his head and body, but it is super uneven.
There are random long chunks on his head. And of course, I could only say, "I'm sure it'll grow back" and pay the $70 BEFORE tip. I'm leaving three stars because the staff was really friendly but oof. I am super disappointed with the zero communication.
