I have worked with many vets and animal hospitals and the Boston Cat Hospital is the best experience I ever had! The staff and the vets are polite and kind. I am of the unpopular opinion within the cat world that cat's should not live a confined life. Animal hospitals often express judgement about this lifestyle but I have never felt judgment from the staff or doctors at the BCH. Instead, they ensure that cats are protected with the proper shots if they're outdoor. I think their prices are fair and a great value for the attention and care they provide to cats and their owners.

Great team of folks here, the vet techs are always so fun and help calm what can be scary situations. Dr. Hazard is amazing as well, she even called us later in evening long after closing to talk more about our cat's allergy issues. Highly recommend!
