Questions
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs need Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. Cats require Rabies and FVRCP. Leukemia vaccination status for cats is verified upon check-in.
Do you offer long-term boarding discounts?
Pets staying 30+ days receive complimentary Double Play activity packages and a free bath before departure, with standard nightly rates maintained.
Can I tour the facility before boarding?
Free facility tours are available Sundays 10AM-12PM. Appointments recommended. Tours may be limited during high-volume periods and holidays.
Are grooming services available for all pet types?
Our professional groomers handle all dog and cat breeds. Specialized services available for exotic pets with advance notice and specific care requirements.
How do check-in/check-out procedures work?
Check-in available during business hours. Check-out by noon; late pickups after noon incur full-day charges unless grooming services are scheduled.

Great service! Very helpfully boarding and taking care of my corn snake. Knowledgeable staff. Wonderful atmosphere for all the animals (dogs, cats, reptiles). Friendly staff. Highly recommend. Will use them again if needed in the future.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability Our first time boarding our dog and what we were told would happen during our dogs stay vs. what we actually received was pretty upsetting, especially this being our first experience! All they need is better communication and it would have been a 5 star experience!

Absolutely amazing place! They have been so kind and understanding with us as we are rehoming our pup. We can't take care of him because he's very high energy and we have long term injuries that occurred after we got him. We hate when people abandon their pets at boarding places, so they and we have kept up great communication to be sure our buddy is cared for since we can't do it ourselves. Our boy is very happy there and we are more than pleased with the amazing people at Sabino Canyon Pet Resort. Truly great people and services.

My Bunny did fine he is a 9 year old Holland Bunny rabbit. He is clean fed and safe. They did a good job. I will definitely come back. He wasn't even that stressed when I came to pick him up.
