Kathy is our first pet sitter we have used since we moved here. We felt like we won the lottery in finding her! We have a variety of animals (dogs, cats, a tortoise, birds) and were gone about a week. All were well cared for and happy! Great communication during and after the trip. We couldn't be happier! They have been caring for our three dogs for years. The communication has been very timely and they have gone above and beyond for our dogs. They were even willing to be on call when we had our children. We leave knowing that out dogs will be loved and well cared for.

Left her in charge of my four pets overnight. I came home to two sentences of notes. I know she had plenty of things to do there in 12 hours. Yet I was left two sentences. As a former professional pet sitter. I think attention to detail and the more information you leave a pet owner the better. This woman claims to have been doing this for years. However. Her actions show me that she can do the bare minimum and get paid for it. I expected better. Lesson learned.
