There is just too much bad about this place to write.the vet doesn't seem to care about your pet, he just cares about how much money you have then makes you pay an extra $10 (in addition to $500 for needless xrays) to get pets "records" which were worthless because he doesn't do a real exam (didn'teven take vitals like temperature). No treatment, just expensive "diagnostic" tests that didn't help a sick animal. Went to another Vet who was able to help my pet with treatment; also found Del Paso Vet broke my cats tooth and caused an abcess when they restrained her for xrays.

No wonder my sweet cat was terrified from being at Del Paso. Another thing, Del Paso doesn't allow you to be with your pet, they take your animal somewhere where it can be ignored or worst, harmed. I took my cat to another Vet and she is now recovering from whatever they did to hurt her at Del Paso. Do your pet and yourself a favor and go somewhere else for their care.

I would give this place 0 stars. But in order to write a review you have to give them a star. They are all about their money and didn't do anything for my dog. We didn't go to the vet that they referred us to we went to our vet that we have history with and refused to send the records to our vet. The time laps, has cost us $4000. Had we had the info we needed, cost could have been around $2000.00 but the run around that took a fee days now we are looking at a $6000.00 surgery. Waisted $185.00 for a bs appointment.

My cat needed to be seen and while I appreciate the quick appointment, please know that it's because this vet doesn't care about your animals and just wants money. They weren't kind, didn't listen, didn't care about my concerns. And took medicine away from him at the end. I would have rather paid for emergency care than come here again. Don't bring your pets here please.

Omg I've never talked to someone so rude in my life. I called them because my dog had a foxtail in my ear and I currently don't have a veterinarian and the lady who answered was nice and was going to get me an estimate. Then some guy I think the doctor hoped on talking about go to my own veterinarian and to figure it out for myself. I then responded saying that was the reason I called. This man had a disgusting attitude for no reason.

Pet owners are not allowed into exam room. Doctor refused to perform xray without sedation, then reduced a recommendation for pain management medication after I refused the overpriced xray and sedation. Denying pain medication as retaliation for refusing additional services is completely unethical. When I asked doctor for an explanation, he flashed a grin and cited a clerical error. Would not recommend to others, this place has short waits for good reason.

I visited Del Paso Vetinary Clinic to bring my dog in for a check in. The receptionist was very kind and got me an appointment that same day. The thing is the doctor does not have a professional aspect to the way he handles himself in stating things to you. He embaresses you by making you feel like you're a bad owner if you ask what your options are in regards of paying for treatment. (If I was a bad owner I wouldn't be bringing him to the vet!).

He seems to care but he is a little sarcastic with his words and he lacks the compassion, especially when your already worried sick about your dog. He would give you a speech about the present situation with your pet being sick, and that it should be a lesson. Kind of rude for being a doctor.

I took my cat here because his ear was bothering him and he needed them cleaned. He's usually very calm and allows people to touch him with no problem. The doctor offered to sedate him but I said no because I know my pet and he's never caused any problems with other vets. The doctor came back saying that two people couldn't clean his ears and they ended up only putting medicine my total was $290 and the problem persisted until I took him to a different vet where they said that even though he was getting irritated they still were able to do everything without needing to sedate him.

My cat is very sweet and when I brought him here he went back home scared and didn't want to be touched. I don't mind paying that much as long as it would've made him feel better but if anything it made it worst.
