Lucy's Friends Pet Sitting

I started Lucy's Friends Pet Sitting at an interesting time in my life. I'd just decided to go back to college and get a degree in psychology; my plan was to be a minister in the Quaker church. While attending Guilford College and doing an internship in pastoral ministry, I started pet sitting part time.

We offer care that is customized to your pet(s) and home. We will feed your animals, give medications, clean pet dishes and areas, and of course spend quality time with your animals. Playtime and walks are included! Your house is just as important to us as your animals. We will rotate lights and blinds, keep the plants watered, bring in the mail and newspaper, take out the trash and recycling, and keep an eye on things in general. Our standard visit is 30 minutes, but we do have some 60 minute slots available (please text or email to inquire about availability).

Marilee joined our company in 2021. Previously, she managed a busy Greensboro vet practice. Marilee is a vet tech, is certified in Fear Free Vet Care, and is trained in pet first aid. She is a mom to a daughter and two sons, and also has two rambunctious teenage cats. Candi is very passionate about special needs children and special needs pets-she has one of each.

Lucy's Friends Pet Sitting, LLC believes that it is important to give back to the community that sustains us. From the very beginning, we have given our time and money to various organizations throughout the Triad.
