Do you require vaccinations?
Yes, pets must have up-to-date vaccinations per local laws. Proof may be requested at check-in.
What happens if I need to cancel?
48-hour notice required for free cancellation. Less than 48 hours incurs $30 fee. No-shows charged full appointment cost.
Can I stay during grooming?
Our policy requires owners to leave pets for grooming to maintain focused, low-stress environment for optimal results.
Do you groom aggressive pets?
We reserve right to refuse service for pets posing safety risks. Aggressive animals will be returned immediately with full payment required.

We brought a healthy happy cat for grooming. Since she's been home she's been listless, hiding and in pain. Will not jump play or anything. Took to vet and she has injuries. DO NOT take your fur baby here. When picked up was told everything went fine when clearly this was not the case.

THE BEST DOG CARE EVER. My fur babies stayed over the weekend & they received the best care. Our big boy Marley had a paw massage & the mud bath & when we picked him up today(Monday) he smelt so good & clean! Our other fur baby Coco has sever anxiety & it's usual he cries & barks a lot, especially when he sees Mom & Dad near... well he didn't want to leave! So happy with the services that were provided.. we called back for a day spa for both babies again in the next few weeks. So pleased with everything. Thank you again for taking such great care of our family

I had a real bad grooming experience at PetSmart. A friend recommended nanhall Pet Spa and my dog absolutely love them and he is cut exactly like I wanted to and not just shave down. And totally a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Buckeye will definitely go back NanHall Pet Spa

I knew I was in the right place when Nanhall's host, a lovely black kittie greeted my cat, Dudley. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the pet host and actual host looked after my baby (my cat). I feel very confident that he's in good hands. The vibe is even right. I recommend this place.
