Thank you both very much for sending your sweet Olga over this morning. I will be posting a great review for all of you later, Olga is no doubt one of the bravest women I have ever met! Despite many protests and hisses, she got both of the cats groomed, claws clipped, etc., although there was one of them she (correctly!) decided not to bathe since he was raising hell. We're a small company. Most of our schedule is filled with standing appointments for our happy, regular customers. Remaining appointments are generally booked 1-3 weeks in advance. We usually reply to emails within a day. When we offer you an appointment via email, we hold that appointment until we hear back from you- so we always appreciate prompt replies (even if you don't want the appointment!), so we may free that spot up for someone else. Our vans are completely self contained, and we most likely will never need your water or electricity.
