Posting the worst of it. Waited 4 hours, paid $60 (should've been $70 but was given different quotes by different women) and was disappointed with the outcome. Did curbside pick up and drop off so I didn't get a good look at him until I got home. Have to find somewhere else to even him out now. Just glad he wasn't cut or traumatized in anyway since he is sensitive.

Have been taking my shih tzu's to Laura for years. The ladies do an excellent job and I have one pup who is terrible about anything to do with her face. They always come out looking pampered and beautiful.
