Every experienced visit to AAH has been incredibly pleasant. The staff are kind, caring, and professional. all the 'family feels'! Have never felt rushed about or out. each individual takes thought and time. Dr. Norman is a world of knowledge! She's gentle and takes her time with details and educational things. I remember our first visit. my mind was blown when she came in and introduced herself and then sat on the floor with our dog! We AAH!

I was able to have my dog s e e n within a very reasonable time. The whole staff was very kind and professional. The doctor took her time and was very thorough. I love the way the office is set up to create as little stress as possible for the animal and the owner. Very smart thinking.

Woke up to my dog screaming in pain early this morning and rushed him to this vet's office we have been to previously. Got there at 7:30 opening and walked in to immediately be told no to any possible emergency services. Not even a hello from the front desk girl or any questions about our situation. I will stop recommending you or ever come back. Truly shows how much you people care about pets
