Wellness Exams
Our comprehensive wellness exams focus on preventative healthcare through annual physical examinations and early disease detection. Veterinarians assess pets' overall health while providing nutritional guidance and vaccination recommendations. This proactive approach helps maintain pets' long-term health through regular monitoring and owner education about species-specific care requirements.
Diagnostics
We offer on-site diagnostic capabilities including blood work, digital radiography, and ultrasound imaging for rapid health assessments. Our in-house laboratory processes complete blood counts and viral screenings while partnering with external labs for specialized testing. Quick diagnostic turnaround enables timely treatment decisions for pets showing signs of illness.
Surgery
Our surgical services range from routine spays/neuters to complex orthopedic procedures like TPLO knee surgery. The operating suite maintains sterile conditions with continuous patient monitoring of vital signs during anesthesia. Post-operative care includes pain management and recovery tracking to ensure optimal healing outcomes.
Laser Surgery
The Accuvet CO2 laser system provides precision surgical capabilities with reduced pain and bleeding during procedures. This technology seals nerve endings and blood vessels as it cuts, minimizing patient discomfort and accelerating recovery times. Laser surgery applications include soft tissue operations and dental procedures with enhanced healing benefits.
Dental Care
Professional dental services address periodontal disease prevention and treatment through comprehensive oral examinations and cleaning procedures. Digital dental radiography identifies hidden tooth issues while scaling and polishing maintain oral hygiene. Veterinarians provide home care instructions to prolong dental health between professional cleanings.

Report
We have been taking our pets to Twin Maples for years. Excellent care, it felt like they were taking care of their own pet. Reasonable fees, payment plan, excellent boarding service and grooming service. Dr. Kim Burkhardt is one of the kindest people you will ever deal with, the whole staff is. When we have had to put down one of our little ones, it seems the whole staff is affected. I can not say anymore higher praise. Gary
