We are equipped to perform digital dental radiography, periodontal surgery, endodontic therapy, restorations, oral surgery, and orthodontics. We appreciate you entrusting us with the care of your patients, and will honor that trust by addressing only dental-related concerns; we encourage you to perform your patient's workup prior to referral, including bloodwork and chest radiographs if indicated.To ensure a smooth transition for your client to our specialty services, please send this referral form along with any recent lab work and/or biopsy results via email to dental.mainst@svp.vet.
