I highly recommend this Vet, I've been going here since the beginning of the year and it has been a pleasant experience so far. The vets who treats my girls are Doug & Caroline and they have both been very attentive and informative when it comes to my girls. It's not cheap but I've been to a couple affordable vets and they don't really care to treat your pets like Quail Creek does, so money is not an issue for me.
The front desk have been friendly and quick to answer calls. I've seen how they are when busy and they do their best to get things running smoothly. With how much I go there, they already know who I am and get me checked in quickly without having to announce myself, which I really do like. I've also needed to board my girls nearly last minute and the fact that they were able to take them in the same weekend I needed them was a blessing! My girls seemed very happy when I picked them up, which says a lot as one of them is a nervous one. I really do appreciate all they do to keep my girls happy and healthy!

LOVE Dr. Williams. I'm a bit of a helicopter pet mom, and she is always patient in answering my questions and taking my concerns seriously, all while giving me different options. It's definitely busier and harder to get an appointment now than it was ten years ago when I started going to them, but I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone.

The best clinic we've been to! My puppy had to have a tooth removed; when I dropped him off in the morning they were sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Post-op, Dr. Ruby personally called to inform me how the procedure went. Above and beyond patient care! Dr. Williams is also always so patient and informative when we come in for check ups. We are so happy and thankful to know our sweet boy is always in good hands! Also, the front desk (not quite sure of her name, short brown hair) is also so friendly when we come in!
