Questions
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs need DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies (for pets over 4 months). Cats require Rabies, FVRCP, and FeLV. Written proof must be submitted before boarding.
Can I bring my pet's personal items?
Yes, we encourage bringing blankets, toys, or other familiar items to help pets feel comfortable during their stay.
Do you offer grooming services?

What are your operating hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 9AM-12PM & 2PM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-12PM, and Sunday 3PM-6PM for check-ins and pet visits.

I had my cats there for about a week and they were amazing. I was given updates and pictures everyday and they answered the many questions I had quickly. I will definitely board my cats there again!

I was looking for a boarder for our two fur babies but will not be using this facility. They lock the dogs in at 6 and they don't let them out until 830 the next morning! Our dogs will not relieve themselves indoors so this place isn't acceptable. I wish the state of Oklahoma would have stricter laws for pet boarding which I am going to be making calls regarding this.

We have used this kennel 3 times now and up until the last time everything was awesome. Went to pick up our two dogs after a week plus long stay. They didn't trim their nails like I had asked. One dog had dried feces in his paws along with dried feces on his chew toy. Two kids working the desk and retrieving the dogs. The kid that retreived our dogs seemed none to happy to be there. Will be looking to go elsewhere or hire someone to pet sit when we go on our next vacation.

I brought my dog here during Christmas 2014 and was more than happy with the treatment of my dog. This was the first time I had ever left my dog anywhere and was terrifed at the idea. She is a minature chihuahua that is always scared of new people. The staff there went out of their way to make Fifi feel right at home. Because of my obvious nervousness, they sent me a few pictures showing that Fifi sitting in Audrie's lap with a treat next to her and getting her belly rubbed. I would definitely recommend getting the personal playtime or walk. I am thankful that I found this place and will recommend this facility to anyone!

Redwind is an established and reliable place to board and/or groom your dog. I used them years ago with my elderly golden retriever and currently with my mom's little Lhasa, who is a rescue dog and still a little jittery. Excellent care and sensitivity is used every time we "day care" and/or groom. If there is an issue, the owner is certainly reasonable and cooperative. The one bad review that I saw was most certainly questionable; may have been more about dog owner's personal issues and not about the facility and its excellent care.
