Tracy groomed my daughters goldendoodle. The puppy was matted so she had to cut her very short to remove matted hair in a number of areas which we understood and were fine with. We asked for poodle/clean paws and she cut the dogs paws so short that they are raw in several areas and between her toes. The puppy is super uncomfortable and will not stop chewing on her feet. We have to go to the vet to make sure she doesn't get an infection. Not happy and will not return.

Decided to take my dog to a different groomer for the first time in his life. Did not go well. His front chest is patchy & bald as well as some other areas. When calling the salon, I was told that she used the same length clippers throughout his body & that my dog just has uneven hair growth. While I believe what she said, I believe that even with his uneven hair growth that this situation could have been avoided. He has never received such a bad haircut before. Hair grows back but i'm pretty sad. Also upon reviewing his nail trim, I think they could've done a better job with that as well.

Had such a great experience. Brought my new kitty in to get her mattes out, hoping to cut as little as possible and get her all freshened up. The girl working there (I'm terrible with names) was kind and comfortable to talk with, and most importantly she did a fantastic job! My kitty looked majestic, smelled fantastic, and was completely tangle free when she was done! Definitely going back for our future grooming needs
