Questions
What vaccination records are required for boarding?
Dogs need current Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (within 6 months nasal/oral or 12 months injectable). Cats require Rabies and FVRCP. Records must be provided by your veterinarian.
Do you offer 24/7 pet boarding services?
Our facility operates with set hours: Mon-Fri 8-12:30 & 3:30-7, Sat 9-11 & 5-7, Sun 5-7. We're closed on major holidays for drop-offs and pickups.
Can I request specific grooming services?
Yes, we offer bath packages with nail trimming, ear cleaning, and full grooming options. Prices vary based on breed, coat condition, and required services.
How do reservations work during peak seasons?
Holiday periods require minimum 3-4 day stays to ensure proper cleaning and scheduling. Last-minute changes may incur charges when we're at capacity.

I've lived all over the country and this is still my favorite boarding & grooming facility. I've had 3 dogs that they've taken care of and the level of service I received when dealing with two senior dogs was phenomenal. My dogs are my kids and I had complete trust in leaving them here.

Always have a wonderful experience with the groomers. I haven't yet boarded here but I have toured it and will do so when I need it. Great staff.
