We are committed to having clean, comfortable and safe accommodations for all our animal friends. Our dog and cat lodgings are designed for the unique needs of each. Cats and dogs are housed in separate rooms that are fully heated and air-conditioned for maximum comfort. The air in the facility is exchanged at a high rate to help prevent airborne diseases, and the animal enclosures are inspected three or more times per day and even at night. Since the Hermitage is attached to the facility, your pet is never left alone.

Our full-service grooming salon offers a wide range of salon services from nail trimming to tooth brushing to complete haircuts. Our professional groomer is certified for all dog and cat breeds. Medicated baths, conditioners and cream rinses are available to make your pet's coat healthier and more beautiful.

Our basic fees cover your pet's stay with us, including careful monitoring of daily habits, feeding, bedding and going out at least 3-4 times daily. You are welcome to add any extra activities to enhance your dog or cat's comfort and happiness. These special activities are available singly or in packages.
