Dog Boarding
Our dog boarding service provides a safe, engaging environment with 100 covered outdoor runs and 100 indoor sleeping spaces. Each guest receives personalized care through scheduled playgroups, fresh water access, and raised Kuranda beds. The facility features double-fenced yards with synthetic turf and climate-controlled indoor areas for year-round comfort.
Cat Boarding
The Cat Cottage offers a peaceful retreat with separate climate-controlled units and an enclosed outdoor catio. Each guest receives individual attention, premium bedding, and multiple opportunities for exploration. The facility maintains Feliway pheromones for stress reduction and provides onsite veterinary access for added peace of mind.
Doggy Daycare
Daily supervised playgroups promote socialization and exercise in our 4-acre facility. Dogs enjoy multiple outdoor sessions with playground equipment, shaded areas, and fresh water access. The program accommodates all breeds and includes both indoor and outdoor play spaces with professional staff monitoring interactions throughout the day.
Dog Grooming
Our full-service grooming salon offers baths, haircuts, and specialty treatments using premium products. Services include nail trimming, ear cleaning, and creative options like nail painting. The team provides customized care for various breeds and coat types, with options for de-shedding and medicated treatments as needed.
Evaluation Days
Mandatory evaluation days assess each dog's socialization skills before boarding or daycare. The $25 assessment helps staff understand individual needs while introducing pets to our environment. This process ensures safety for all guests and allows us to create appropriate playgroup pairings based on temperament and energy levels.

What vaccinations are required for boarding?
All pets need current rabies and distemper/parvo vaccines. Dogs require bordetella for boarding and daycare. Fecal tests within 6 months are mandatory for dog boarding.
Do you offer cat boarding services?
Yes, our Cat Cottage provides individual climate-controlled units with access to an enclosed outdoor catio. Each guest receives personalized attention and regular health monitoring.
How do I schedule an evaluation day?
Contact us by phone or email to arrange an evaluation day. This $25 assessment is required before first-time boarding or daycare reservations to ensure proper socialization.
What are your operating hours?
Lobby hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-11 AM & 3 PM-6 PM, Saturday-Sunday 9 AM-11 AM & 3 PM-5 PM. Daycare drop-off starts at 7 AM daily.

Our dog Zooey Glass starts doing somersaults when we tell him he's going to Passage East. The care is wonderful, and Zooey always comes home happy. OK, he can't actually do somersaults, but he's over the moon for sure! Thanks to all the loving people there for taking such good care of him while we're away!

I've been taking my dog here for 3 years for boarding and daycare. We moved an hour and 15 minutes away and I still make the drive to bring him to passage east for holidays and vacations. It's his home away from home. He absolutely loves it here. Passage East is always well staffed and reliable. I've heard horror stories from friends about other daycares, so I likely will never trust anyone else with my pup. I know he's in good hands and super happy here.

Our female German Shepherd is very anxious when away from us. We sent her to Passage East for boarding after slowly introducing her to day care there. The staff was so wonderful to us as we were anxious about how she was doing. They emailed, called, texted with updates and videos/pictures of our girl having fun. We couldn't have been happier with how they took care of her and loved her while we were away. Plus she got a bath the last day and came home so soft & smelling great

My dog and I had tried several kennels before we realized Passage East was the perfect place for him! Dogs are treated as a member of the family here, not just a pet. Every time I picked my pup up he was always so happy and even almost reluctant to leave the friendly staff behind! They offer day care, grooming, boarding, and even training! From staff professionalism to facility cleanliness, this canine retreat is unbeatable!

My dog loves her daycare days and weekend stays at Passage East! They seem to treat my dog like she's their own which is exactly what I was looking for. When my dog stays overnight, we have Passage East give her a bath before pick up and her fur is always shiny, fluffy and delicious smelling.

Have kenneled Apollo twice at this facility and have had great experiences both times! The first visit was supposed to be 3 weeks tops, but after getting stuck in another county during the pandemic, he had to stay 3 months! Everyone there cared for him lovingly, dealt with my constant change of dates and made sure I was kept content with updates and pictures. So recommend this location for your best friends :
