Your pet has fresh water available at all times. Dogs are normally fed once a day unless otherwise specified. We feed Diamond dry dog food. You do not need to bring food unless you have a puppy or your dog is on a prescription diet. Please bring any special food in a small container labeled with your Dog's name.

Being the Owner of Dover Kennels is my Passion. I have worked for 30 years working at my dream, I have Shown dogs in competition and been a breeder for all that time, I am also a Member of the Minnesota Purebred Dog Breeders Assoc. I have 16 years under my belt as a Vet Tech, working hard at all this so that one day I could allow my passion to be my job. As the saying goes if you love what you do, and have a passion for it, you will never spend a day of your life working.

Jill the owner is so accommodating. She will work with you and answer any questions you have about the kennel and the process of what happens at the kennel while your dog is staying. Not only is Dover Kennels a clean fun place to take your dog when you go on vacation but also we got our 2nd for baby from Jill as a rescue.
