Current protocols

On arrival, please remain in your vehicle, and call the office to let the staff know you are here as our lobby is closed. After checking in, please wait by your vehicle with your phone available until the medical staff informs you a room is ready for your pet. When a client is not in the room with their pet, communication with the veterinarian will be by phone or Airvet live-stream video.
