Not a recommended place for crematory services for your beloved pets. Was told ashes of my dog would come in a wooden box and ended up being handed to me in a white cardboard box. The quality of the remains were horrible as there were still bone fragments in the remains and the remains were not ashes, but clumps. So disappointing. Do yourself a favor and take your beloved pet that passes to another place. Riverview Animal Hospital in Durango did an awesome job with cremation services with another dog that passed.

Pets should be looked at and treated like someone's family, and just like when anyone in anyones family is sick or has something wrong, we expected them to get the best care possible. We scheduled our dog for a routine cleaning. We took him and and they told us he'd be ready for pick up at 2:00. We went back at 2 and come to find out they went ahead and extracted a couple of teeth. They told us a couple and come to find out they removed 10 of his teeth including one of his k-9's. They did all of this in one day with absolutely no previous consultation or discussion with the owner. Pets are family not dollar signs WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU SEEK CARE FOR YOUR PET ELSEWHERE!.
