Always a terrific experience at BANHC. I very much appreciate Dr Crowley's and her staff's flexibility in adapting to the pandemic, and their dedication during this challenging time. I think the curbside dropoff/pickup has worked out great.

Dr. Crowley was our Vet for almost 20 years before we moved to VT. While visiting friends back in MA, our dog was bitten by another dog, and needed stitches. We called Dr. Crowley who fit us in to their very busy schedule and took care of our dog. Wonderful, compassionate Vet.

We love this place! And, have been to many vet offices thru the foster caring that I've done since 1997. We were introduced in 2005 w/ a rescue dog that we adopted who was a patient here. They are so experienced & knowledgeable. They use their experience to assess a situation rather than jumping to tests & x-rays that might not be necessary for the situation. Very caring office & staff. I highly recommend this vet to anyone with animals.

I have been taking my pets here for about 7 years. We have since moved two hours away and continue to return to BANHC as we don't trust anyone else with our pets. Dr. Crowley and her staff are responsive, professional, and unwaveringly kind to us and our animals. One of our dogs has debilitating anxiety and Dr. Crowley is incredibly accommodating of her needs. She is patient and gentle with her and truly has the best interest of her patients at heart. Covid has brought huge challenges to the veterinary field and BANHC staff is working tirelessly to meet the needs of their clients and patients. Our family is so grateful for their care during this difficult time.

Dr Nancy Crowely is a very caring professional vet. She only does what is truly necessary for the health and well being of your animal. That is what I want from my own doctor and what I want for my kitties. Natural Health is what they truly practice.
