Had a situation with our pup that was experiencing some stomach troubles. Vet techs & staff were very friendly, but for the price we are not even totally sure what is wrong with her. They gave her medicine to see if she would cough something up & when that was found to not be the issue, the vet sort of shrugged and said that was it. We got no solid resolution whatsoever & are still trying to determine what is wrong with her. For the price & no resolution, not worth it in our case.

We are so pleased with the vet and the vet tech that we worked with! Our pup needed to be seen for his split nail and no where was open on the weekend. They got us in asap & we were in and out in 45 minutes! They made him feel so comfortable and we are so thankful for the great knowledge, service, and team work! -Haylie, Bryson, & Ollie

The office is small and doesn't appear very clean. We paid $500 for bloodwork and x-rays for potential ACL surgery and were told we couldn't have surgery because our dog had severe kidney disease when he had no physical symptoms. We took him for a second opinion and were told it was a minor infection that antibiotics cleared. Will never take my pets here again.

My dog had an out of the blue illness that needed treatment sooner rather than later. Her regular vet and others in the area were booked out over a week and I did not want to have to take her to Medvet as this was not an emergency. I found out this office offers urgent care services and was able to be seen the very next morning. The vet and staff were so helpful and kind to her and provided price estimates up front. She was examined, treated and we were out of the building in about an hour. So happy I found this place. They will be my new go-to for after hour issues and more urgent visits that can't wait.

Dr. Sholz is wonderful. She cared for our dog Inca, allowing her to be mobile despite arthritis in her later years. At the end, her guidance and advice was invaluable. Her empathy, kindness, and willingness to give her time allowed us to say goodbye in such a beautiful way. Would like to give a 10 star rating!

Overall, the care my animals have received at Springboro Veterinary Hospital has been exceptional. However, over the past week, the attention and care, has been second-to-none. We have had to visit several times with a very sick little guy, and Dr. Chip and the rest of the staff have been amazing! It's so heartwarming to walk in and be greeted with "Here comes the baby!", and also to be able to trust that the proper treatment is given.

I especially appreciate the honesty that I received when I was told "Let's wait on bloodwork, see how this medicine works, and if anything changes give us a call." I love a place where you feel at home and can feel the love, especially when it comes to my animal babies and when I'm potentially about to spend a substantial amount of money!

I took my 7 year old pit mix here after she was found to have a torn ACL and Meniscus. Dr Ward was absolutely amazing! I drove an hour and a half since there are no local vets that do orthopedic surgeries. I'm so happy after researching exceptional orthopedic surgeons that I found Dr Ward. Even though I never met him or Dr Chip I can't thank them and their staff enough for the wonderful care they gave to my fur baby.

She came home after spending a night with them. The level of care they gave to her shows the love they have for animals. I am very protective of who takes care of my puppies and if any more orthopedic surgeries are ever needed for my fur babies (praying there are no more) Dr Chip and Dr Ward and their team will be who I come to.
