What vaccination records are required for pet services?
Dogs require Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper-Parvo vaccines. Cats need Rabies, Feline-Leukemia, and FVCRP vaccines. All must be administered by licensed veterinarians with documentation on clinic letterhead.
How are pets handled during medical emergencies?
Staff trained in pet first aid provide initial care while contacting owners. For critical cases, we utilize the adjacent veterinary hospital. Emergency protocols include immediate owner notification and documented incident reporting.
Can I bring my pet's special diet food?
Yes, portioned meals in labeled Ziploc bags are preferred. We store refrigerated food for $5/day. Dry food containers aren't accepted, but we provide stainless steel bowls sanitized daily for meal service.
Are after-hours pet pickups available?
Late pickups after 1pm incur $50 fees per pet. We don't allow Tuesday drop-offs/pickups. Sunday pickups occur 6-7pm with full weekend charges applying for Saturday-Sunday stays.
How do you accommodate pets with anxiety?

Well our new dog is a rescue. This was her first time she has been in a kennel. She looked well taken care of. And happy to see her BFF my son. Everyone at bed and bone where awesome. Thanks. We know we can go on vacation and not worry about our dogs.

Jennifer and her staff exhibit top notch customer service. We board two of our labs with them frequently and they always seem to come home happy and they always smell great, with trimmed nails! One of our labs has a sensitivity to certain foods, treats etc and Jennifer makes it a priority to make sure her needs are met! In addition, we have had to make numerous modifications to our reservations through the pandemic and they are always able to accommodate them, with a positive attitude. You can tell this is more than just a business to them, they truly care about your animals(s).

Even though we have moved from the area, we still make the drive for our dogs to stay at Bed and Bone. The owners and staff are so friendly, professional and exemplify top-notch customer service. Our dogs are sometimes a little skittish around new people/places, but they are always excited to jump out of the car when we pull up at B&B! Thanks so much!

My Mishka came back healthy and happy. They are super clean, it doesn't even smell like dogs in their office. Very observant. They can tell when something is amiss with your pet and will inform you. I'm very impressed and happy with the services. Just remember they are closed on Tuesdays. I somehow missed the memo, but it ended up working out well. Highly recommend!
