Our pet lodging provides climate-controlled indoor-outdoor patio runs and deluxe cabins with private play yards. Dogs receive 4+ daily play sessions, while cats enjoy dog-free spaces with windows for birdwatching. Staff ensures personalized attention and medication administration for multi-pet families.
Deluxe Cabins
Five nautical-themed cabins feature private decks, kiddie pools, and home-like amenities. Each includes AC/heating, flat-screen TVs, and Kuranda beds. Ideal for multi-pet families, cabins accommodate cats and dogs together with separate cat condos for added comfort during stays.
Doggie Daycare
Daycare options include group play sessions with agility equipment or individual playtime. Services require vaccinations and temperament checks. Staff supervises activities like frisbee, bubble play, and pool time. Flexible drop-off/pickup available during operating hours for busy pet owners.
Grooming Services
Full-service grooming includes baths, nail trims, and show clipping using quality products. Fees vary by size, coat condition, and behavior. Specialized services like flea baths and mat removal available. Appointments required for both lodging and day guests.
A La Carte Options

I love this place. They are so friendly and they make my dog and I feel so welcome! I was recommended to them by a friend of mine who said they could help me groom my dog. I am so glad I came here. I've brought my dog to Chesapeake Pet Resort and Day Spa 3 times for grooming and not once have I been disappointed! They take great care of my dog AND they are quick. Somehow, my dogs smells good for WEEKS after and I just want to love her even more! I highly recommend this place and I soon hope to get my dog in here for day care.

The staff there is absolutely fantastic with our dog and the puppo accomodations make it an easy stay over for our high maintenance princess. Very pleased with the whole experience and an easy first pick next time we go out of town and can't take the puppo.

They worked us in during spring break and Easter. My husband mother past and her funeral was in the week of spring break. Wonderful people and environment.

Love Chesapeake Pet Resort. Laura took amazing care of my pup while we were on vacation. Grounds are well maintained and loved all the pictures that get posted at the end of the night.

Jenn! That woman is a godsend. Took my pups last minute, treated them like the royalty they deserved, and came out better looking than me. That's not saying much I know, but still the point is still the same. To continue, the compound was well maintained, user friendly to navigate, the animals were well taken care of, and greeted with smiles from both staff and patrons. I will be going back, I will be requesting Jenn, and I will be satisfied with the work they do AGAIN!

We tried several different kennels for our dogs and after leaving them at Chesapeake Pet Resorts, we'll never go anywhere else. The staff cares about our dogs, the facility is clean, and the grooming services are awesome too! Thank you Chesapeake Pet Resort for taking great care of our pets!
